Our thoughts and prayers for you Marion and your families as you go through this difficult time. Forever Al will live in our hearts. He was such a caring, and gentle man. Always putting others ahead of himself. He no longer suffers with pain but instead is full of laughter again. We miss you already. Love you always Dave, Carol and Alicia xoxoxo 1

My heart goes out to the Schmitt family. I was good friends with Al's family Tom, Karen, Laurie, I knew Marion in my teens and 20's. Al was always a great caring person and is why he was so good at his career. I know he has a huge influence on his family and will be missed. I hope all pull together and help Marion out at this very upsetting time. My sincere condolences for this great family. Sorry to hear of this, Lorne Canning

I will miss you always and forever dad. Thank you for being such a great influence to my beautiful daughters Christine, Amanda and to my wonderful grandchildren Daxyn and Maddison. You had a very special bond with them and they will cherish it forever. I take comfort in knowing you are no longer in pain and free of all life's worries. You are now reunited with your beloved son Johnny and I am sure there is plenty of hugging, laughter and dancing going on! Forever in my heart pops! Love Your Baby Girl! Laurie xo

Aloha because one of your anniversary's was celebrated with a Hawaiin theme and because it doesn't just mean goodbye. It was so hard to see you go but it's comforting that you don't have pain anymore. Every day is a gift for everybody anyway, but you really were a miracle for the last 20 years or so the doctors have said, and that's because you wanted to stick around to see how things turned out. You had a lot to live for and fight for including grandchildren and great-grandchildren. We also take comfort in believing that you are now reunited with family and friends including Johnny and Beethoven. I love you always and will never forget the many things you taught me, Karen xo
