Some of the fondest memories I have of Mrs. Gillett are not only her sweet singing voice but that wonderful sound of her calling David and I in from play when we were children. But also her soft words as she led me to Christ on June 4th ( my oldest brothers birthday ) at West St. Gospel Hall. Holding my hand and asking me if I was ready. She gave me the gift of music sitting on the piano bench teaching me and put my first guitar in my hands. You were there through so much, divorce, jail and Life. You were a guiding Light.
