Obituary of Albert George Lamont

Lamont: Albert George Passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord. At the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Sunday February 12th, 2017 in his 76th year. Albert Lamont of Orillia beloved husband of Beatrice (nee Courvoisier). Loving father of Donald (Lori) and Michael (Maureen). Special poppa of Jonathan and Shannon. Dear brother of James-predeceased, Robert (Ruth- predeceased), Isabella (Michael-predeceased) and Sharon-predeceased (Calvin). Special thanks to the staff at Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital and Dr. Karim Dharssi for all their care and support. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Thursday February 16th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Hillside Bible Chapel on Friday February 17th, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be held in the church 1 hour prior to service. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James Cemetery Orillia. Memorial donations to the Lighthouse Christian Ministries (Building Hope) or the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
