Obituary of David James Drybrough

Drybrough, David James Passed away peacefully at Spencer House, Orillia, on Saturday February 4th, 2017 in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Renie (nee Eysten) for 51 years. Loving father of Shawn Drybrough (Carrie), Lesley Peplinski (Kevin), and Michelle Hallett (John). Proud grandfather of Victoria, Colin, Alex, Liam, Greg, Morgan, and Cory. Dear brother to Esther Baerg (Peter), Bruce (Mary-Ellen), and brother-in-law to Jan, Andrea Walduck and Lies Craig (Dave). David was predeceased by his brother Bob (Jan) and brother-in-law Peter. David is survived by many loving nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart. David will be lovingly remembered by many family and friends from his dedicated community involvement specifically with Scouting and Knox Presbyterian Church. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E. Orillia, on Wednesday February 8th from 7-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the Simcoe Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday February 9th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m followed by reception.
