With loving memories of our dear friend and "Uncle Dougie" we want to express our deepest sympathy to the Wood family. A life time of wonderful memories, laughter and love will forever be in our hearts. Our deepest sympathy to the family. How sad we are with the lost of our dear friend and a member of our family. Over the years most friends grow apart but we grew closer. He leaves us with so many wonderful memories of good times....camping, playing cards and endless laughs. We are truly blessed to have Doug in our lives and always in our hearts. I wish to offer our condolences to the Wood family on behalf of the Lake St. George Senior Mens Golf League. Doug was a member of the League for many years and I personally have golfed with him on occasion for the past 1o years. He truly was a character and Thursday mornings will not be the same. Hit them straight and true Doug.

My condolences to the Wood family on the passing of Doug aka "Ace". Doug you were certainly one of the "good guys" and will be sadly missed.
I had the privilage of having Doug as a neighbor and have lots of fond memories.
