Obituary of Leonard St. John

St. John Leonard (Former owner of Orillia Natural Gas) It is with great sorrow the family wishes to announce the passing of Leonard St. John at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday October 31st, 2016. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Morton) for over 60 years. Cherished father of Steven (predeceased) (Diane), Ellen Brightman and her husband John, and Diane Booth and her husband Dan. Cherished grandfather of Jason, Jaclyn, Craig (Jennifer), Brian (Amy), Brant, Brandon (Kirsten), and Kevin. Dear brother of Mildred (Don), Richard (Pat), Connie, Laverne, Ron (Mary), Donnie, Darrel, Geraldine (predeceased). Son of Angus and Jean St. John both predeceased. Cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Saturday November 5th, 2016 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
