Obituary of Walter Christopher Cooke

Cooke, Walter Christopher Passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday July 11th, 2016 in his 76th year. Much loved special friend of Verna Mitchell. Loving father of Stephen Cooke, and Rick Cooke (Chancity). Cherished grandfather of Elizabeth (Kyle), Emily, Amanda, and Mathew; great grandfather of Blake, and Thea. Dear brother of Ralph (Jan), and Dorothy. Walter will be fondly remembered by family and friends. A memorial gathering will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia Thursday July 14th 2016 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
