Obituary of Robert Wilson Garrod

Garrod, Robert Wilson ‘Bob’ Passed away peacefully at his home in Orillia on Sunday, November 29th 2015 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Janet Garrod (nee Simmons). Loving father of Jamie Garrod (Debbie), Janette Buckland (Mark), Jill Garrod, and Jane Tivendale (Colin). Cherished grandfather of Samantha, James, Eric, Alex, Devon, and Avery. Predeceased by his sister Marion McQuoid; lovingly remembered by her husband Larry and their family. Bob will be missed by many family and friends. A celebration of Bob’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E Orillia on Thursday, December 3rd, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Tributes will be held at 1:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Ontario Lung Association.
