Thompson, Marie Rossetta At Spencer House, Orillia on Thursday November 26th, 2015 in her 91st year. Marie Thompson, beloved wife of the late Albert Thompson. Loving mother of the late Barry (Christine) of Gravenhurst, Ron (Nancy) of North Bay, Gaye Petrie (Bruce) of Denver, and Paul (Bonnie) of Orillia. Cherished grandmother of Christy, Stefanie, Brett, Luke, Aaron, Justin, Geoff, Jennifer, Andrea, late James, Christopher, Jason; great grandmother of Ronan, Nolan, Magregor, Ben, Logan, Lucas, Lehla, Eamon, Renee, Francesca, Bradley, Juliana, Joshua, Kayla, Jacob and the late Nicholas. Dear Sister of Glen Hoover (Dorothy), and the late Harold. Remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home- 38 James Street E. Orillia on Wednesday December 2nd, 2015 from 12 noon until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery, Orillia ON. A reception and time of visitation will follow. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation , or to Plan Canada Gifts of Hope would be appreciated.
