Osborne: Darcy Herbert After a brief illness at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Friday, September 23, 2011 in his 54th year. Beloved husband of Wendy Osborne (nee Matthias) of Orillia. Much loved father of Connie McGill (Jason) of Sault Ste. Marie and step-father of Jason Beers and his wife Sarah of Orillia and Nicholas Beers (Char) of Washago. Loved grandfather of Dustin, Edynn, Ethan and Alex. Dear brother of Beverley Ostertag and her partner Jerry Snoddon of Marchmont, Patricia and her husband Michael Benoit of Guelph, Danny and his wife Dolly of Terrace Bay and Michael and his wife Dawn of Orillia. Sadly missed by many wonderful friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E, Orillia on Wednesday, September 28th from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Services to be held in the Chapel on Thursday, September 29th at 10 a.m. Interment St. Michael's Roman Catholic Cemetery.
