Obituary of Linda Russell

Russell: Linda Grace At her home in Oro-Medonte, after a lengthy illness, with her husband by her side, on September 10th, 2011 in her 61st year. Beloved wife of Barrie Russell of Oro-Medonte. Much loved mother of John McSevney and Heather McSevney, both of Hamilton. Step-mother of Sarah and her husband Brad Wells and Robert Russell and his wife Erin, all of London. Loving grandmother of AnneMarie and Jacob Wells. Dear sister of Margaret and her husband George Wilson of Scotland, Judy and her husband Keith MacDonald of St. Thomas and Linda and her husband Allan Wills of Newbury. Loved daughter of the late Rose Anne and John Davidson and daughter-in-law of Gladys Russell of St. Thomas and the late Mel Russell. Remembered by many nieces and nephews and Godchildren Breanne Campbell and Shauna Campbell of Amherstburg. Linda managed the Forensic Photo Lab for OPP for 31 years. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held in at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E, Orillia on Wednesday, September 14th from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Thursday, September 15th from 1 p.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Orillia Soldiers`Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
