Obituary of Theodore Doran

DORAN: Theodore "Stanley" Peacefully, after a lengthy illness, surrounded by his loving family, at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Friday, July 15th, 2011 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Muriel Doran (nee Penlington) of Orillia. Much loved father of Jan Vernon, Rod and his wife Pat and Rick and his wife Nancy. Lovingly remembered by his seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Stan's biggest love was Muriel, his wife of 65 years, followed by his family, his music and his volunteer activities. Stan was the recipient of numerous volunteer awards through his activities with Masons, Shriners and Champlain Music Makers. Cremation has taken place. It was Stan's wish that no services be held.
