I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Uncle Elmer. Growing up, I only had the opportunity to meet him a few times with my dad, but I am thankful for those chances I got. I remember him as being a very strong man, someone with a kind heart, and as a man who made me laugh many times as a child. I always referred to him as "the big boss man" and that is how I will forever remember him. I am so sorry to the family and wish them the best

We are so sad to lose such a wonderful friend and neighbour. What a character he was! He always was so full of mischeif, such a personable man. He will truly be missed by everyone that knew him.

We were very sad to hear that Elmer passed away on New Year's Day. He was such a character, and we enjoyed the time we knew him. He was such a lively sole, full of mischief, and sparkle. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his wife Alix, and the entire Johnson Family, what a wonderful man he was, so personable. He truly was a great man and we will miss him.
