Obituary of Hugh Thomson

Thomson, Hugh James Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital on Sunday November 1st, 2015 in his 83 year. Beloved husband of the late Joyce Thomson (nee Taverner). Loving father of Allen Thomson (Lori), and Greg Thomson Treasured grandfather of Shawna (Jon), Natalie (Cody), and Kurtus (Morgan). Dear brother of Rita Challis. He will be lovingly remembered by many family, and friends. Hugh will also be remembered for his creative craftsmanship. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe funeral Home, 38 James St. E. Orillia on Thursday November 5th, 2015 from 12 noon until time of memorial service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy memorial donation may be made to the Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital (Oncology Unit).
