Black: Ruth Joanne It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth Joanne Black (Buckner) with her family by her side on July 31st 2015 in her 84th year. Loving mother of Bob (Carolyn), Larry (Judy), Bill (Sheila), and Brad (Sylvia). Proud Nana of 10 grandchildren and 3 great- grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E Orillia on Sunday August 23rd at 1:00 p.m. A reception and time of visitation to follow.
