Obituary of Wayne Lindsay

LINDSAY: WAYNE At home on Saturday January 31st at the age of 65. Beloved son of Evelyn (of Orillia) and Don Lindsay (pre-deceased). Beloved brother of Sandy and Fred Terry of Orillia, and Brenda and Sam Herskovits of Thornhill. Uncle of Morgan Terry, Benjamin, Aharon, Zev, Rafi and Eli Herskovits and Lindsay Salmon and their families. Will also be sadly missed by Wayne's second family: Michelle, Mike, and Shyla Eastcott, and Lisa, Kevin and Justice Higginson, all of Orillia. Wayne was a long-time deliverer of newspapers for the Orillia Packet and Times, and enjoyed his many customers. The simple legacy that he leaves to the world is: be good to each other, be kind to all living things and dream big. A celebration of Wayne's life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James St6reet East Orillia on Thursday February 5th, from 1 to 3 p.m. Words of tribute will be given at 1:30 p.m. Donations in Wayne's memory can be made to the Orillia SPCA or a charity of your choice that supports Wayne's legacy.
