THOMPSON, David John At the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Thursday February 13, 2014 in his 65th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Darlene (nee Ross) for 31 years. Loving father of David (Kara) of Brampton, Jodie Thompson (Juliano Carvalho) of Montreal, and Keri (Michael Bednar) of Barrie. Loving papa of Brent, Kyle, Katrina, Olivia, and Amelia. Loving son of Jackie Thompson and the late Morley Thompson. Dear brother of Nancy (Brad Payne ), Judy (Jim Mathews), Greg (Debra) , Ginny, Stuart, Grant, and Shannon (Andy Burnett). Special son in-law of the late Cecil and Connie Ross. Great friend and brother in-law of Suzanne Gerigs, and Michael Ross. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Friends may visit at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E.
