Obituary of Darryl Grant Jones

Jones, Darryl Grant Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial on Monday December 23rd, 2024,in his 60th year. Beloved husband of Teresa Jones( nee McLaughlin) for 21 years. Loving father of Krystal Norris (Daniel), Laura Gordon (Benton), Courtney Glen (Derek) and Ashley Davis. Proud grandfather of Noa, Chloe, Hawkston, Topanga, John, Aiden, Isabella, Austin, Rylynn, Blake and Aden. Dear brother of Jamie Jones, David Jones – predeceased, Amanda, Diana, and Rob. Cherished son of David and the late Linda Jones and Allan and the late Pat Gunson. Darryl will be missed and lovingly remembered by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Darryl’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 34, 215 Mississaga Street East Orillia on January 26th, 2025 from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the True Patriot Love Foundation through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E., Orillia (705) 327 0221.
