Gerald, may you rest in peace. You walked into the Guesthouse Shelter, never asking for anything but a place to rest and have meals. You always let us know how appreciative you were. Helping you to get rehoused and then ensuring you had care for your remaining years was a true pleasure. We spent a lot of time together, working through the complexities of your care. My memories are quite vivid. A quiet, gentle man who loved to read the newspaper and share the stories of the day. You loved Swiss Chalet and Tim Horton's Coffee. A man who loved his family however, did not have contact over the years. May your spirit guide others to safety and security. Rest in peace Jerry! Your forever friend. Beth
