Obituary of Rick Fowler

Fowler, Richard Frederick “ Rick” It is with great sadness that the Fowler family announces the passing of Richard “Rick” Fowler on February 2nd, 2024. Rick was born July 16, 1939, and was in his 85th year. Rick played hockey & fastball for many years in Orillia & surrounding areas & will be known for his love for sports & his grandkids. Rick will be remembered by his loving wife Beverley, his son Brian - predeceased (Sandra) and his daughter Susan. He was an exceptional grandfather to Christopher (Stephanie), Brittany, Emma (Jay), & Brooke, as well as a special great grandfather to Jack. He is survived by many nieces & nephews. Rick was a brother to Billy and Gay Fowler both predeceased. He was a devoted son to the late Helen and Dick Fowler as well as a wonderful son in law to the late Lavena & Wally Eaton. He was a brother-in-law to Gordon “Buddy” Eaton - predeceased, as well as uncle to Karen & Todd Stewart both predeceased. At Rick’s request, there will be no service.
