Obituary of Margo Thompson

Thompson, Marjorie Rose ( nee Neil) Passed away peacefully at Leacock Care Center in Orillia on Friday December 22nd , 2023, at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Murray Thompson. Loving mother of Glenn Thompson (Kathy), Karen Rao (John), and Sherry McMahon. Proud grandmother of Michelle, Lindsay, Matthew, Amber, and Connor. Dear sister of Sherry Vanderburg (Don), William Neil (Susanne), Janice Marshall, Peter Neil, and Cathy Neil (Roger Mesley). Margo will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street. East Orillia on Saturday January 6th , 2024 from 10 am until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. followed by a reception. The family would like to offer a sincere thank you to all the staff at the Leacock Care Center Home Area #1 for their excellent care and compassion.
