Obituary of Denis Peter Romaniuk

In loving memory of Denis Romaniuk February 9, 1955 - October 5, 2023 Denis Peter Romaniuk passed away peacefully on October 5, 2023 in his 68th year. Beloved husband of Marlene (nee McLaughlin) for more than 46 years, much loved father to Cory (Tawnya) and Kirk (Roxanne), dear Papere to Emma, Gabby, CJ, Bryden and Kaleb, cherished brother to Michelle (Dan), Marc (Sue) and Ron. Denis was predeceased by his mother, Dorothee Dubeau and father, Peter Romaniuk. Denis will be missed and lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, family and friends. Denis was a social butterfly who loved to play darts, and pool, had a fondness for old cars; and anyone who knew him knew of his love and loyalty to the Montreal Canadiens……..and his hankering for desserts. Funeral services will be held at Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E Orillia on October 18th at 1:00pm, with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the MS Society would be appreciated.
