I have so many wonderful memories of Mr Fowler. He was my grade 6 teacher during my first year at Orchard Park. I spent the entire first day of school crying because I was so nervous to be at a new school. He was so kind and tried to make me laugh that entire first day and onward. He quickly became one of my favourite teachers. I remember always shouting good morning to him when I saw his green van pull in to the parking lot on school mornings. He was always telling the best jokes. I remember him always playing tricks on us in the classroom with games where he would always be the winner. I was always so happy to run in to him around town once I was finished with school. He always referred to me as “the girl who cried all day” and we would laugh. I’m so saddened by the news of him passing. I send my love to him and his family. I’ll miss our random run-ins and being able to catch up. He was absolutely wonderful, he will always live on in the stories I tell and memories I have. Thank you for everything Mr Fowler

Just read the sad news that Brian passed away this past Sept. I played fastball with Brian in our high school years, I was the catcher and Brian was of course the pitcher. Our Fathers played together also during our younger years, my Father Alvin was the pitcher and his Father was the catcher. I moved away in 1979 so we fell out of touch. I always liked Brian, he was one of the good guys. So sorry for the family. Much too young, there was still lots of life to live. I guess God needed him on His fastball team.

Mr. Fowler was my Grade 6 teacher almost 20 years ago. I remember him as being a kind, honest, and fair man who left a positive impact on his students and fellow staff members. My condolences to his family

So very sorry to hear of Brian's passing. All 4 of our kids remember him from Orchard Park P.S. and he was a favourite teacher. Our families have been connected through my late grandma, Norma Christian ( Ron Coon's mother). Brian always had a smile and was always interested in what our kids were up to.
Brian also coached my husband Mike years ago in youth hockey. He was just an outstanding person and we were all lucky to have a connection with him.
Sincerely
Jodie and Mike Provenzano and family ( Cam, Lauren, Brett and Michael)

My condolences to Brian’s family, I’m so sorry to hear of his passing. Chucker and I played the outfield for several years with Royal LePage and played a lot of flag football. My heart breaks to hear about Chuckers passing. You will be missed my friend but never forgotten.

So very sorry to hear the passing of Brian. I was wondering why I hadn't seen him at Tudhope Park this summer.
I've known Brian since we were small children and learning to play ball with our father's when they played/coached the Warminster Fastball team.
Please accept my heart felt condolences.
