Melinda was a beautiful woman who always wore a bright smile, even when life was challenging. Our families were close and I always appreciated Melinda’s warm nature. She was a kind soul and will be deeply missed. Love and light from the De Groot family❤️

Melinda was a caring sister and loved art and horses! During our childhood we went on many horseback riding adventures and would also bring home many animal orphans! Remember Wilbur the piglet and the kittens and baby chickens! We will always remember how special and kind you were!

Melinda you will be truly missed by all. You are a gental soul. You where carring for your animas your houses over the years, Nora who kept you with companionship to at and from the barn, as well as the beautifull yard you kept that was fenced in way at the back of the property by the sweet little river. I am very saddened that you never got to finish that tiny house your home YOU wanted. I had made many comments about your tiny home. I am sure that the flowers, pond and vegetables you grew, must have made you feel good even if it wasnt finished.
Lol.lol I know that in my heart n soul that Astrid is going to miss, those loooong drawn out nights chatting about the horses and many many other topics. I remember both you and Astrid, standing in the kitchen. Sitting in the dinning room or living room or on your bed. Lol lol i hurd so many times the lengthy nights you both had.
Melinda go now, go to your mom's side. Be with her and comfort her and watch over the rest of the family as they will need some spiritual gidance.

Melinda was such a bright light, at the Health Food store, and everywhere she went. Her gentle spirit and genuine concern for those around her made our world a much better place. She will indeed be missed.

All of us Friebeles send prayers and our sincere condolences. Melinda will be missed. She was such a kind soul and always considered others. Her love of family is inspiring. I remember her zest for life always included enjoying the beauty of nature and gardening. Love you sister!!
