Obituary of Katie Erika Koop

Koop, Katie Erika Passed away peacefully at Spencer House in Orillia on Monday June 12th, 2023, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Koop. Loving mother of Robert Koop (Ruth Ann), Edward Koop (Ruth), Katherine Koop, Roseanne Beers (Dean) and Christine Goddard (late Darrell). Cherished grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Katie will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her family and many friends. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Tuesday June 20th, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. A private family interment will follow. A funeral service and reception will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Christian Fellowship Chapel, 1296 Cambrian Rd, in Severn. The service will be live streamed on the Christian Fellowship Chapel website @ https://www.cfchapel.com/.
