Obituary of Barbara Fagan

Fagan, Barbara Irene (Former owner & Operator of BJ’s Home Cooking and Baking for 35years) Passed away peacefully with family by her side at home on Monday April 10th, 2023 at the age of 81. Predeceased by her husbands George Jordan (1984), and Robert Fagan (2002). Loving companion of Clare Vollick. Loving mother of Fran McFadden (Don), and Debbie Ciesielski (Mike). Dear grandmother of Jordan, Amanda, Michael, Carrie, Scott and great grandmother of Madison, Brayden, Liam, Nicolas, Edan, Luke, and Sarah. Dear sister of Harley-predeceased (Janet), Ron-predeceased (Heather), Wayne (Linda-predeceased), Gwen, Bryan (Kathy), Muriel (Frank), Gordon (Margie), Neil (Jen), and Chester-predeceased (Linda). Barb will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family. The Family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Peter Daniel, Dr. Stevens, Dr. Russell and RN Sarah Menner for all of their compassion and kindness. In keeping with her wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial gathering will be held at Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street Orillia, ON. on Saturday May 6, 2023 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E Orillia (705) 327-0221.
