Obituary of Jean Doreen McLeod

McLeod, Jean Doreen Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Monday January 23rd 2023 at the age of 90. Born in Orillia, Jean is predeceased by her parents Elgin and Bernice Phillips. Beloved wife of the late Norm McLeod. Loving mother of Tibbie Anderson, Phillip (Hazel), Mark (Susan), and Arthur (Karen). Proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren. Dear sister of the Gordon Phillips-predeceased, Arthur Phillips-predeceased, and Paul Phillips. Jean will be dearly missed by family and friends. A visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E. Orillia on Thursday January 26th, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery Orillia.
