Obituary of Dorothy Margaret Switzer

Switzer, Dorothy Margaret Passed away peacefully at West Nipissing General Hospital, Sturgeon Falls on Wednesday December 21st, 2022, at the age of 88. Born in Schumacher Ontario, predeceased by her parents Dick and Lena Elley. Devoted and loving mother of Debra Saulnier (Jim-predeceased), Ricky Switzer-predeceased, Jane McFarland (Jim), Kerry Shaw-predeceased (Bill), Allan Switzer (Aurora), Mark Switzer (Carol), Dan Switzer (Yvonne), Cyndie Elliott-Poirier (Mike). Proud and loving grandmother of many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. Dear Sister of Ray-predeceased (Don). Dorothy will be remembered by many for her quick wit and her deeply kind and caring heart. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Friday December 30th, 2022, from 11:00 am until time of funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. followed by cremation.
