Obituary of Margot McNiece

McNiece, Janice Margot Passed away peacefully at FoxRun by the River retirement home in Gananoque on Wednesday August 10th, 2022, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Wilfred McNiece. Loving mother of Jim-predeceased (Janet), Andrew (Helene), Ted (Brian), Jennifer (Mel Hewko) and David. Cherished grandmother of 10 grandchildren and great grandmother of 9. Predeceased by her brother Peter Manton. Margot will be missed and lovingly remembered by her family and many friends. A service to celebrate Margot’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street East, Orillia on Saturday November 5th, 2022, at 11 a.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
