Obituary of Catherine Anne Stone

Stone, Catherine Anne Passed away peacefully at the Lake Simcoe Retirement Residence, Orillia on Wednesday April 13th, 2022, at the age of 71. Born in Longford Mills, predeceased by her parents Michael and Eleanor Mulvihill. Loving mother of Tara Stone, and Tanya Stone (Michael Smith). Proud grandmother of Zachary, Mason, Cody, Emma-predeceased, Jessie, Ava, and Ashton. Dear sister of Paul Mulvihill (Lil), and Tim Mulvihill (Penny). Catherine will be missed by many nieces and nephews, and lovingly remembered. All those that knew her loved her laugh and unique way of seeing the world. She was kindhearted, generous, colourful and wonderfully unique. A flair for fashion and never met a book she didn’t love and read. She had a soft spot for all things furry and fragile, having adopted and cared for numerous orphan pets. A memorial service will be held at Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E Orillia on Friday April 22nd, 2022, at 1:00 pm.
