We are shocked and saddened to hear of Elizabeth's passing. We were in a musical together at Emmanuel Barrie. In the church we work in the cafe, and Elizabeth would arrive early, always with a smile and friendly conversation with each person who was enjoying their coffee. She really was a bright light, and continually looking to help or encourage others. We last saw her beautiful smile through her clear mask at church a while ago. We had no idea she was sick, but it comforts us to know she is now safe in the arms of Jesus. Our condolences to her family and those who knew her best and will miss her most.

I met Elizabeth just over a year ago at Cornerstone Baptist Church. I remember after meeting her for the first time, every week after that she would offer a hug and smile and immediately we connected as friends and sisters. She had one of the most beautiful souls. Her heart oozed the love of Christ and she was so open and accepting. She quickly became my sister and we would often connect about issues for prayer. I will miss her smile, her gentle spirit, her kind eyes and her caring heart!
I rejoice as she stands in the presence of her Lord and Saviour and I am confident is saying she was received and heard the words we all long for as believers. ‘Well done, good and faithful one’. Until we see each other again…..
