While my heart is saddened by the loss of my beloved auntie Ilene, it is filled with gratitude of all the gifts of her light, love, humour, and wisdom she has shared with me through out my lifetime. Dear Danny, Jacquie and family,,,you have had such overwhelming sorrows ,responsibilities and heart-rending circumstances over much too short a time period. I will always see the 'bright' twinkle in her eyes, and hear her soft chuckle as she told me one of her funny stories of her long past ...will surely miss my visits to her welcoming Millwood Road home, always enjoyed my time in her company. So deeply sorrowed for and by your family's loss, and our own on family 'Brightside' too. So pleased Penny and I shared time in her company, and in yours, just prior to and as part of celebrating her 95th, during our August 5th visit.
