Obituary of Peter William Moore

Moore, Peter William September 15, 1938 – September 07, 2021 Passed away with family by his side at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie. He was in his 83rd year. Born in Orillia, he was the youngest of 2 children of the late Charles (Chic) Moore and Alberta Thompson, predeceased by his sibling Robert Moore. Peter will be remembered as a great Dad and also a great baseball player in his day. Loving father of Susan (Rick), and Robin (Jennifer). Proud grandfather of Phoenyx (Steve), Ashton, Lindsay (Jordan), and Bradi. Peter will be lovingly remembered by his family and friends. The family would like to offer a sincere thank you to all the staff at the Leacock Care Centre and the Royal Victoria Regional Health centre for all of their compassionate care. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Peter’s Life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Wednesday September 29th 2021 from 1 pm until 3 pm.
