I am so sorry to hear of Gordon's passing. I grew up with Gordon and his sister Nancy on Horton. He was a wonderful and supportive brother to Nancy who is a very close friend. He was an avid Blue Jay fan and I loved to hear of his trips to Dunedin and see his photos of the players. He was fair bit older than me so I was always a bit in awe of him.
I was so sorry to hear of his passing and I send my love and prayers to his family.

Gord and I were friends from when we were 2 years old and spent 10 years growing up together on Horton Blvd, we didn't see each other too often after that period but we did keep somewhat in touch. You cannot forget such memories and I will always cherish those. The icon that I chose symbolizes the many games we played together such as mechanical board hockey which I think doesn't exist any more! We were very competitive!
I'm very happy and grateful that through the assistance of Nancy and Kathy I was able to be in touch with Gord in the last weeks.
My wife Ginny and I have and will continue to pray for his soul in the next world.

So sorry to hear of Gord's passing. We worked together for many years at Panasonic, his passion for curling, the Blue Jays and the Panasonic golf tournament were always a big part of his love for sports. Rest in peace.
