Dear Susan and family, We met Bill and yourself at Spencer House while my father, Louis Mousmanis, was there. We enjoyed chatting with you both in the common area during our visits. Bill had a gentle, friendly smile, and was so very grateful for the unconditional support you provided. May your family cherish the wonderful memories they shared with Bill and always honour his passion for animals. Thinking of you during this difficult time,
Mary Lou Burrows (Louis Mousmanis’ daughter)

To Bill's Family,
Bill was associated with Gerry Walters from time to time as an extrordinary mason. I was most fortunate to have Bill along with Gerry build my building on Highway 11. Bill and Gerry laughed hard and worked even harder "throwing concrete block up" as they called it. I watched as Bill and he exhausted a helper mixing mortar as he tried to keep up. Never did I imagine such good nature could exist along side grueling work. Whenever I bumped into him in the 48 years hence Bill was unfailingly calm and pleasant. I'm sorry for your loss and will remember him always with a smile.

We enjoyed Bill's company and cheerful conversations when he was able to attend St. Lukes Church services. Even when he had to come from Spencer House in his wheel chair, he was always happy to see everyone.
Bill often asked me how my brothers Gilbert and Carl Ayers were doing, who he knew from their years of associating with masonry work, and Gilbert's ferrier work.
We will always remember and miss Bill's happy smile!!
Love and condolences to Susan and their family.
