To the Fleming family I send my deepest sympathies. My dad(Ben Groves) worked with Ray at DHO too!
Time and circumstances change things, but not the good memories.
Take good care of yourselves.

Sending sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Flemming family. My husband, Ray Mercer was a colleague and good friend of Ray with the Department of Highways. Many a lunch they shared at the Mandarin in retirement! Two good guys gone this year to build roads in a better place.
Sincerely
Barb Mercer

Sorry to hear of Ray's passing.
He worked with dad (Doug Miller) for many years with the Department of Highways. When we were kids we met you kids but as we got older everyone went their own ways. I had a good chat with Ray when he came to Coldwater for dad's birthday. A lot of highway guys were there and Ray seemed to enjoy catching up. He was a nice man and had that funny little giggle.
Take care and keep your memories close, you will need them to ease your mind.
