Passed away peacefully at Leacock Care Center in Orillia on Saturday November 2^nd 2019 in his 90^th year. Beloved husband of the late Marion Thompson (nee Ferrier). Loving father of Nancy Johnston (Ian) and Mary Louise Bull (John). Proud grandfather of Mitchell Bull (Krista), Justine Bull (Brian), Alexander Johnston and Krista Johnston.  Extremely proud great grandpa to Kohen, Jaxon and Cardella.

His faith in God and his singing was a large part of his life; as well as his love to fly his airplanes.

The family would like to thank Home Area 2 which was Alvin’s home over the past years for all their wonderful care.
