Cooper, Alma Kathleen (nee Salley)

Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Sunday August 4^th 2019 in her 93^rd year. Beloved wife of the late William John Cooper. Loving mother of Bill Cooper-predeceased, David Cooper (Josie Flick), Tom Cooper (Karen Bartholomew), Gerry Cooper, and Susan Hofmann.  Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Melissa, Laura, Jason, Jonathan, Kyle, and Amanda; great grandmother of Asia May, Rylie, Emma, Brooke and Kyrah. Dear sister of Cliff Salley (Isabel), Ross Salley, Brian Salley (Margaret) and the late Maureen Purcell.  Alma will be dearly missed by her many family and friends.   Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street East Orillia on Monday August 12^th from 12 noon until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m.  Reception to follow.  As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Hospital for Sick Children or the Canadian Cancer Society.
