Passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Thursday June 6th, 2019 in her 95th year. June Dean was born in Hamilton on June 7th, 1924 to the late Gilbert and Margaret Barber. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Dean. June is predeceased by her siblings Mabel Brzezicki (Tony), Lorna Curno (Joe), Gilbert McLean (Joyce), and Richard McLean. June will be lovingly remembered by her dear friend Maggi Romanko (Joe), and was a wonderful surrogate grandmother to their family. June will be missed by her nieces, nephew, many friends and staff at the Atrium Retirement Home.
