Steeves, Dale Darleen (nee Foley)
It is heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Dale, peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Sunday May 26th, 2019 in her 76 year. Dale was born in Halifax NS on October 29th 1943, the same date as her beloved husband and soul mate Douglas Ransford Steeves, married for 55 years. Loving mother of Darleen Lynn and Christina Lee (Kurt). Proud grandmother of Valorie, Michael, Trisha, Andrew, Christopher, Lindsay, and great grandchildren. Dale was the only daughter of the late Albert and Erna Foley (nee Kenny). Dear sister of Wayne Foley of Dieppe NB and the late Kevin, Royce, and baby Joseph Foley. Dale will be dearly missed by her sister in law Judy Kairetz and brother in law Glenn Steeves. Dale’s kind and gentle smile will be lovingly remembered by her many family and friends. Cremation to take place and a private family gathering will be held as per her wishes. The family wish to extend a special thank you to the RVH ICU for all of their care and their compassion for our family during our time of need.
