Kanold: Ruth Anne (nee Heidman)
Passed away at her home in Orillia on Saturday April 20th, 2019 in her 66 th year. Beloved wife of Jim Kanold of 34 years. Loving mother of Nicole Aldom (Jamie), Ken Milligan (Melanie), Jason Kanold (Angie), Holly Kanold and Scott Kanold. Cherished grandmother of Tyler, Jake, Nathan, Ryan, Hannah and Alyssa. Loving daughter of the late Lawrence and Marie Heidman. Dear sister of Don Heidman (pre deceased), June Howell (pre deceased), Al Heidman (Judy), Ed Heidman (pre deceased) (Carol Macdowell), Lee Heidman (pre deceased), Claire Heidman, Tommy Heidman (pre deceased), Sandy Heidman, Bob Heidman (pre deceased) (Brenda), Terry Heidman and sister in law Linda Hamilton and family. Ruth will be dearly missed by her family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Ruth’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E. Orillia on Friday May 3rd, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Tributes will be held at 1:30 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the O.S.P.C.A – Orillia through the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E.
