Gloria was always so nice to me, she always had the biggest most inviting smile when ever we’d drop by the farm in Udney or later in Orillia. Man could she cook!!! I remember many years ago she’d asked Lynn and I to stay for dinner one evening when we were visiting the farm. Gloria served up this awesome roast beef with these whole huge mushrooms cooked in the best tasting gravy I’d ever had. It was so good I had two helpings. It wasn’t until after I’d licked my plate clean that Gloria asked me “how’d you like the moose”. I just couldn’t believe it was moose. I’d never had it before... but it was without a doubt the finest roast I’d ever eaten. I will miss your smile and you hearty laugh but will always remember them as you. God bless you.
