Dear Joan
Sorry to hear of Jim's recent passing. You certainly had a wonderful long
life together.
I have misplaced your address, but please write if you like. Perhaps you could
let me know when you are coming down for the burial. It would be really nice to
see you and the girls again.
Keep well and take care, time surely helps with the healing
sincerely Jeanne

Jim & Theresa Stoddart posted a condolence

Joan, Lynn, Janice and families,
Theresa and I were very saddened to hear of Jim's passing. Don't know if he was ever known as gentleman Jim but in my books he was the model for the definition of a gentleman in the truest sense of the word. He always had a smile on his face and as a young salesman with Burroughs I admired his positive outlook. Through working with Jim I learned a lot. He was a positive influence on my professional and home life. Family was important to Jim. He always talked very fondly, and with a brightness in his eyes, whenever he shared experiences about he and "Joan and the girls". Jim has left his mark and on society and the world is better off because of his life among us. God bless you Jim.

Bill and Lois Reed posted a condolence

Dear Joan
We were sorry to hear from Reigh that Jim had died. As I said to him Jim was such a sport guy. Every occasion we would get together it always seemed Jim had some kind of ball in his hand. And he had a great sense of humour. We always enjoyed his company. Even though we haven't been in close touch recently, we still felt connected as Reigh would forward Jim' s jokes to us. Didn't realize Jim and Bill were so close in age. Jim was 2 days older. Joan we are so sorry for your loss.
