Brockbank, “Jo-Anne” (nee Duff)
Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Wednesday December 12th 2018 in her 59th year. Beloved wife of David Brockbank. Loving mother of Melissa Grant (David), Scott Brockbank (Sara Thorogood), and Amy Brockbank (Alex Ostertag). Proud grandmother of Gavin. Cherished daughter of Joseph and the late Nancy Duff. Dear sister of Dan Duff (Edith Dewhurst), and Terry Duff (Michelle). Jo-Anne will be missed by her mother-in law Doreen Brockbank (Douglas-predeceased). Dear sister-in law of Brad Brockbank (Kim), Lori Webb-predeceased (Ian) and Brian Brockbank.
Jo-Anne will be lovingly remembered by her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews, family and friends. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at ICU Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital for all their care and support.
A service to celebrate Jo-Anne’s life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home 38 James Street East Orillia on Wednesday December 19th, at 1 p.m. A reception and visitation will follow.
