Passed suddenly as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Thursday August 2nd, 2018 at the age of 41. Beloved husband of Lindsay Ellsworth. Proud and loving father of Riley, Shaelyn, and Lincoln. Dear son of Cheryl and Rick Sampson. Predeceased by his grandparents Alec and Jean (nee McDade) Watson; and Jim and Isabel Sampson. Brother of Angela O’Leary (Kevan Rossiter), and Kyle Sampson (Jennifer). Adored uncle of Jessica, Tyler, Logan, Zachary, Sam, Connor, and Quentin. Michael will be lovingly remembered by the Ellsworth family, Gerard (Tammy), Ryan (Katie), Gavin and Rosie; predeceased by Lori Ellsworth. He will be dearly missed by his family, many friends and his band of brothers. Visitation will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James Street E.
