Passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, February 2nd at the age of 73 years.  Beloved wife of Jack Bowen.  Dear mother of Jerry (Monika), Cathie Greenhalgh (Blake) and Dan.  Loving grandmother of Mandi, Mackenzie, Matthew, Dustin, Skylar and Rylee.  Predeceased by her parents Reginald and Frazina Bishop. Marilyn will be sadly missed by her extended family and friends. 

A celebration of Marilyn's life will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E Orillia on Sunday April 29th, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Family Tributes will be held at 1:30p.m. If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Transplant Society would be appreciated.
