Obituary of Nancy Ruth Duff

Agnes “Nancy” Ruth Duff 

Passed away at the O.S.M.H. on July 1, 2017 surrounded by her family in her 82nd year.  Beloved wife and best friend of Joseph (Joe) Duff.  Daughter of Garnett and Katherine Smith (Predeceased).  Loving mother of Dan (Edith), Michael (predeceased), David (predeceased) Jo-Anne (Dave) Brockbank and Terry (Michelle).  Cherished Grandmother of Stephanie (Roger), Daniel (Christina), Adam, Jeff (Krystal); Melissa (Dave) Grant, Scott (Jessica) Brockbank, Amy (Alex) Brockbank; Ashley (Stevie), Samantha (Tyler), Katie (Mack). Devoted Great-Grandmother of Gavin, Joey, Landon, Avalon, Grace, and Reesyn.  Dear sister of Roy Smith (predeceased) (Andrea Churchill), Violet (Jim predeceased) Glass.  She will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.  She will be missed by her faithful companion Daisy and the late Beau & Jack. The family wishes to express their appreciation to the O.S.M.H. Emergency Staff (Candy) and RVH.  Memorial donations can be made to O.S.M.H. and R.V.H. Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Program would be appreciated by the family.  A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday July 8, 2017 from 1 – 3 pm at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St. E Orillia. Words of tribute will be given at 1:30 p.m.
